Q: How Often Should I Get a Haircut?A: 5-6 weeks is pretty ideal! Keep in mind that hair grows at an average rate of about 1/2 to one inch a month.

Q: Can I wash my hair after a color service?A: Yes, as long as it is a shampoo for color care. This will help to protect your investment for a longer period of time.

Q: Can I bring kids?A: Our focus is you, therefore, we do not recommend you bring children unless they are getting a service done.

Q: Should I come with my hair dry and clean?A: YES! This will make your haircut or color service easier and more comfortable!

Q: Do you have cancellation policy?A: We have adopted a 24-hour cancellation and reschedule policy for all services, we appreciate your consideration to call and notify us if rescheduling needs to be made. “No Shows” are responsible for 100% of cost of your appointment.
